Project Management Feature Requests

It would be very useful if there was a way to set reminders for a deliverable - such as - remind me 2 weeks before, 1 week before, 3 days before, and maybe 1 day before. A push to notifications could be a great way to facilitate this for now and then a weekly digest at some point would be a great addition. The reason why is because I find myself juggling a bunch of things and forget to check on the deliverable due dates and I find myself missing deliverables or I'm setting reminders in my Apple reminders.

There's no way to quickly see anything that is past due to coming up soon. It would be nice to be able to group by deadline (overdue, upcoming, later, etc.), or have the overdue deadlines in red, or some other way to make it obvious that something is past due.

I know we can number the priority, but I use my home focus page the most. It would be great to be able to reorganize or label them and they be automatically set in numerical order so I can prioritize tasks with the same due date.

Not sure exactly how this could be done but... at the moment for one of my clients I have about 10 projects that need doing, they are all quite urgent and it's quite overwhelming. If it was possible to order the projects in some way so the highest priority was at the top of the project list maybe... perhaps a sorting functionality in the projects and a new field where we can prioritise 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7... etc. Not date related... something really general. Just a thought... I know this is a random request and not well thought out as not quite sure how it could be done. I think the numbers would be simple. We can prioritise tasks but we can't prioritise projects that I'm aware of. Thanks!

I would like to see a roll up report or visible breakdown of the projects and their various stages track work history. Similar to P&L but a breakdown of the projects and/or tasks (deliverables). I would like to see a rollup of total number of tasks completed by project by client YTD, or this month, last year, etc. This business intelligence would help me analyze who my best/worst clients are and help to determine if it's worth continuing to work with them in the future. Maybe it's a simple report like the P&L? Maybe add a visual BI dashboard to Projects to show some pie charts or bar graphs. For my business I'd be able to see total number of gigs completed/confirmed/canceled at a glance. I'd be able to determine which client I've done the most work with. P&L only gives the $ side, but that doesn't always match up with your most consistent clients.

It would be great to have the invite that's sent to project collaborators branded with a company logo instead of the Hectic logo

It’d be awesome to be able to make different custom tags for different income streams (writing, yoga, reiki, etc) and even a tag for personal projects would be awesome so that people wouldn’t to use a different app for those projects. My personal projects often overlap with professional things so it makes sense to keep them all in one place. This might also be a way to just add the client tag to the note or to-do.

Allow the option to change the Hour Estimate to be - Annual, Monthly, Daily, Weekly.. I have a Careplan project which is billed annually, but the Hour estimate is 1 per month, so I want to charge any overages on this 1 hour

Being able to set a due date on the Opportunity To-Dos has been amazing for my workflow. I keep trying to use the Project Task Details pop-up in the same way, but the To-Dos there currently can't have a date assigned. It would be so helpful and would also simplify project setup for those simpler projects or tasks.
