Project Management Feature Requests

Similar to how its implemented in Ticket private comments. These comments should only be seen by internal users vs. clients

I would love to see recurring tasks show in the normal task view, not just in Recurring view. I have weekly tasks that I would like to see with all of my one-time tasks.

I have a looonnng list of status in my status list now as use different statuses for different types of projects ie. I have different statuses for my design projects vs my web projects vs my internal projects.

Ability to assign a Project Manager to a Project who gets notifications when any updates are made to Tasks without being added as a resource to a Tasks.

I would like to see a roll up report or visible breakdown of the projects and their various stages track work history. Similar to P&L but a breakdown of the projects and/or tasks (deliverables). I would like to see a rollup of total number of tasks completed by project by client YTD, or this month, last year, etc. This business intelligence would help me analyze who my best/worst clients are and help to determine if it's worth continuing to work with them in the future. Maybe it's a simple report like the P&L? Maybe add a visual BI dashboard to Projects to show some pie charts or bar graphs. For my business I'd be able to see total number of gigs completed/confirmed/canceled at a glance. I'd be able to determine which client I've done the most work with. P&L only gives the $ side, but that doesn't always match up with your most consistent clients.

I'd like to customize the emails that go out when a task gets assigned to a client workflow status. I want to tell my clients WHAT they need to do in each stage via email.

Please give us the ability to choose an alternate method of assigning priorities to tasks. Rather than creating a number hierarchy, this new alternate method would allow us to choose a more traditional priority hierarchy: High, Medium, Low. I say an alternate method because I'm sure there are users that may be very fond of their number hierarchy system, so an alternative method as an option would keep everyone happy.

It would be very useful if there was a way to set reminders for a deliverable - such as - remind me 2 weeks before, 1 week before, 3 days before, and maybe 1 day before. A push to notifications could be a great way to facilitate this for now and then a weekly digest at some point would be a great addition. The reason why is because I find myself juggling a bunch of things and forget to check on the deliverable due dates and I find myself missing deliverables or I'm setting reminders in my Apple reminders.

Basically, I'd love to see subtasks look more like their parent tasks, with the ability to add assignees, due dates, descriptions, statuses, etc. (I'm thinking something along the line of the way ClickUp does subtasks.)

Right now we can only have two custom fields showing. I use the custom fields to show status of web pages ie. I have one for Copy, one for Images, one for SEO etc and I have a drop down 'not started', 'to do', 'in progress' 'with client', 'done'. It's great that the custom fields show on the cards but would like to be able to show more as quick reference. I set up a separate task for each page.
