Visual Layout of Calendar + Time Tracking Improvements!
I'd love to be able to have a threshold for hours/dollar amount per each client/project For example, when we are working together as a team internally on a client's project and we are approaching the limit of either hours they have per month or dollar amount assigned to a project, I would love to receive a notification at say the 50% or 75% mark to notify we are approaching the threshold. Right now, I have to keep a VERY close eye manually each week to ensure we don't blow through hours / dollar amount for smaller projects..... I'd love to see the visual layout of the calendar look a little better. The ability to choose HOW we see it ex. a little larger so it's easier to see calendar bookings that are only 15 minutes (right now they are soooo crunched up it's too easy to miss one when adding all my calendar bookings as trackable time). Say if I chose to only see the hours from 6am to 6pm, it would be great if the vertical appearance of the hours in the calendar were spaced out a little more so we can see the detial of each booking and the smaller bookings better (the 15 minute ones). The ability for it to integrate better with Microsoft Outlook and carry over the colours from my Outlook calendar to Moxie calendar. (right now they just all show up as the same colour which is hard to differentiate and see all the bookings (especially if there are multiple bookings at the same time). The ability for different collaborators to all have consistent colours when time tracking (ex. Client colours are set in the back end and when collaborators record time it shows up as the client colour with their individual collaborator colour so it's easy to see who did what and when if you look at the whole calendar with all collaborators). Just the visual of the calendar could use a lot of improvement as it relates to the time tracking aspect too. This is the main reason I am sticking with Moxie as so far it's the most convenient to be able to track time of collaborators, etc as a team but I have looked at other options as it's not perfect.
