Calendar/Scheduler Feature Requests

During our project kickoff meetings, I ask clients to pick a day and time for weekly project meetings. It's always hard to nail them down. It would be great to have a scheduler that lets them book a series of 8 meetings in one shot, one a week for the duration of the project.

Love the option of being able to add multiple location options to the scheduler - however I find the location of the options a little misplaced. I have actually had a few clients miss the location options all together and it defaults to phone even though they would have preferred a Google Meet option. Could this be moved to under the calendar or a secondary page option to they are prompted to make their selection? All the data in the left had part of the scheduler is strictly information and the options easily overlooked.

When a client opens the meeting scheduler, automatically show the month with the next availability rather than the current month. If there is no availability, the month looks blank.

Would love to see a token that allows clients to click a link to add the meeting to their calendar. Also to cancel and reschedule their appointment from the reminder emails

Every once in a while life happens and you have to ask the client to reschedule a meeting. It would be great if Moxie could add a feature to send a request to reschedule within a specific date range. Currently, when I get a meeting confirmed, I can go into the setting and reschedule it, but it misses a step where I am getting back to the person to choose a time that would work well for them. Currently it's very hard to instantly see the current day on the month view of the calendar. Please make this stand out more visually - color variation, bright dot, etc Thanks

A way to edit/set an email for meeting cancellation confirmation.

I offer support packages that can be booked online through the scheduler. I'd like to be able to offer my existing clients a discount on hourly bookings. It would be great this functionality could be added to the scheduling widget.

I'd love to be able to have a threshold for hours/dollar amount per each client/project For example, when we are working together as a team internally on a client's project and we are approaching the limit of either hours they have per month or dollar amount assigned to a project, I would love to receive a notification at say the 50% or 75% mark to notify we are approaching the threshold. Right now, I have to keep a VERY close eye manually each week to ensure we don't blow through hours / dollar amount for smaller projects..... I'd love to see the visual layout of the calendar look a little better. The ability to choose HOW we see it ex. a little larger so it's easier to see calendar bookings that are only 15 minutes (right now they are soooo crunched up it's too easy to miss one when adding all my calendar bookings as trackable time). Say if I chose to only see the hours from 6am to 6pm, it would be great if the vertical appearance of the hours in the calendar were spaced out a little more so we can see the detial of each booking and the smaller bookings better (the 15 minute ones). The ability for it to integrate better with Microsoft Outlook and carry over the colours from my Outlook calendar to Moxie calendar. (right now they just all show up as the same colour which is hard to differentiate and see all the bookings (especially if there are multiple bookings at the same time). The ability for different collaborators to all have consistent colours when time tracking (ex. Client colours are set in the back end and when collaborators record time it shows up as the client colour with their individual collaborator colour so it's easy to see who did what and when if you look at the whole calendar with all collaborators). Just the visual of the calendar could use a lot of improvement as it relates to the time tracking aspect too. This is the main reason I am sticking with Moxie as so far it's the most convenient to be able to track time of collaborators, etc as a team but I have looked at other options as it's not perfect.

I would love to see an Add to calendar token to use in email templates. If someone skips that in the confirmation redirect, they have to manually add it from their email.
