Communicator feature requests & bugs

It would be great to see project specific emails rather than all for a specific client.

I'd like to be able to bulk email all my clients, for example to let them know I'm going on holiday or I'm sick. It would also be great to do the same for prospects for marketing purposes (if that's not already coming in the new sales pipeline feature)

Hi! It would be great if we can CC other people/teammates on emails when sending the agreements. Currently, we have to add ourselves as a contact signer to CC ourselves but it adds us a contact for the client. Thank you 🙏🏽

When new contact(s) are added to Hectic, flag for historical email sync to get backfill emails to /from the new individuals for the last 60 days.

It would be awesome to be able to be included and create group chats with my business line! That way I'm not getting lost or confused with collaborators when we text (sometimes texting is just easier than emails.)

We came from other CRM's where once you call a client/contact, after that call is over, a box will pop up and it will give you the option to write a call summary or any notes, as well as having the ability to schedule a follow up on your calendar. I feel like this would be an excellent feature to add to communicator. As for the logging, it would be nice that in a contact or client's conversation history if that call summary/note was displayed with the contact history under the contact or clients profile.

– Add the ability to sync multiple social inbox’s for easy messaging across multiple platforms. – Ability to associate various contact methods with one person/client. (Social handle, phone, email, etc.) – Auto text if someone calls your business number and you miss their call. This would help stop the person from continuing to call other businesses and start a text conversation with them.

Is there a way to make the texts auto correct while texting to create a seamless text flow like im using my cell phone device. Nothing too outrageous, just capatlize the first word of every sentence and perhaps add missed apostrophes

It would be great to be able to add a signature for text messages in the communicator phone.

Ability when I make a call from platform for my business name to appear on the receivers' caller ID
