Currently with project subtasks fixed in position under the main task in kanban view, there is no visual indicator of the subtasks' status.

Also it requires 2 clicks and tracking eyes across the screen to mark it complete.

Some sort of subtask status indicator right on the kanban card would be really helpful, along with a way to change the subtask status without clicking to open the right-side subtask window.

Also the checkmark icon is especially counter-intuitive in this view, because usually a checkmark is used to mark something as "done". I keep clicking that checkmark with the intention of marking the task DONE, but then end up needing to clean up an accidental blank to-do which gets created. AND then have to go back to a different screen to mark the subtask as complete.
