Per Item Products In Proposal - Customer Set Quantity

I want to add a per item product to my v2 proposal with customer option to both choose the item and specify the item quantity. For example I have many monthly service items to bill per device or per user. I want the client to choose how many users or systems they want to include on initial proposal.
