Feature Requests

The editors for Opportunity Notes and also for Task Description have full text editing features including bullet points, numbering, hyperlinking, and carriage returns that the Comments in Task lack. It would be much, much better to have a proper text editor for the Task Comments.

It seems to be defaulting to me as assigned to for tasks. I could be imagining it but I'm sure it didn't use to do this. I don't want my tasks assigned to me or anyone as it clutters and distracts from the important information I do want to quickly review (I've given up on the idea that you might one day fix the visible fields bug 😆). It would be good to have a setting somewhere where I can say if I want new tasks to be assigned to me or not.

Can you add more options beyond the monthly, daily, weekly and annually options? I'd love to see bi-weekly, bi-annually, and quarterly added. Thank you!

It would be very useful if there was a way to set reminders for a deliverable - such as - remind me 2 weeks before, 1 week before, 3 days before, and maybe 1 day before. A push to notifications could be a great way to facilitate this for now and then a weekly digest at some point would be a great addition. The reason why is because I find myself juggling a bunch of things and forget to check on the deliverable due dates and I find myself missing deliverables or I'm setting reminders in my Apple reminders.

It would be so helpful to have the $fields show totals at the end of each column - see attached. I use Moxie to help me price some of my more complex jobs. I probably should use Clickup as it does this but I would rather keep as much as possible for my clients under Moxie so it's all in one place. Currently I put the figures in and either add them up using a calculator or ask ChatGPT to total them which adds on time to the process - sometimes quite a bit of time. If it's really complex and I need to play around with figures I do it in Excel then transfer to moxie which again adds on time. I know this is probably a 'never going to happen' thing but hey it doesn't hurt to ask 😀

Could we add the email functionality to the + dropdown from within a project? Further to this, would also love project tokens added. For example, when composing an email (from within a project) l could automatically have the project name pulled into the subject line etc.

It would be amazing to have some sort of icon or indication showing time had been put against a task in the task main view area.

It would be amazing if there was a complete date for projects 🙏 The way the dates work in general are unusual. I would have thought the Start date is what should come up in the focus area as a reminder? The due date is when the project is due to be completed which is not the start date. Also, in other project management tools there is usually an option to have a reminder for the start in advance.

The column headers disappear when scrolling so we have to keep scrolling up to remind ourselves of which column is what.

Right now, task timelines can be set relative to the contract signed date, but it would be helpful to have the option to set timelines relative to the project due date instead.
