Feature Requests

It literally hurts my finger to have to scroll up and down. It still takes AGES to even open - have to sit there watching a blank screen for ages (reported this about three years ago and was told I had too many tasks - no other project management tool has ever had this issue with the same amount of tasks), and then when I finally get there it's too hard to have to scroll up and down.

There isn't currently an option to bulk delete tasks. It's tedious to do it one at a time. For example, when a project is created based on a template, some tasks might not be required or applicable for that specific project. I don't want to archive them — I want to delete them. There are already several bulk edit options (set start, set due, set status, set priority, assigned to, subtask, archive). Can delete please be added?

I chose PM Features for the category, but really, it would be able to access all the data and could write, update, change, complete, archive, etc.

I would like to see a roll up report or visible breakdown of the projects and their various stages track work history. Similar to P&L but a breakdown of the projects and/or tasks (deliverables). I would like to see a rollup of total number of tasks completed by project by client YTD, or this month, last year, etc. This business intelligence would help me analyze who my best/worst clients are and help to determine if it's worth continuing to work with them in the future. Maybe it's a simple report like the P&L? Maybe add a visual BI dashboard to Projects to show some pie charts or bar graphs. For my business I'd be able to see total number of gigs completed/confirmed/canceled at a glance. I'd be able to determine which client I've done the most work with. P&L only gives the $ side, but that doesn't always match up with your most consistent clients.

I'd like to be able to see unscheduled tasks in the Homebase as well. If I don't have any scheduled tasks I want to spend time on these.

Can you add more options beyond the monthly, daily, weekly and annually options? I'd love to see bi-weekly, bi-annually, and quarterly added. Thank you!

Does it make sense to have anything in the same view but in the collapsed state? If I don't recall if that project has been invoiced I have to expand each project to see that detail.

I'd like to be able to fully create a project template with required forms and taskboards or whatever we need attached to it. Then being able to assign who sees what in the project.

I have multiple tasks with relative due dates set up in my project templates that need to be assigned to the client when the project is created. I'd love the ability to assign tasks in the project template level to a generic "client" record that when it's added to an actual client's dashboard, the assignment automatically tags this client and sends them the notices that they have tasks to complete. Currently we're only able to assign tasks to team members. This would save me from manually having to do this each time a new project is activated from my project template!
