Feature Requests

When creating email templates, it would be nice to be able to preview how it will look on the client end to make sure everything looks good. Some emails I can send to myself to test but others are reliant upon specific conditions/actions and it's really time consuming, creating a fake project and going through every possible circumstance just to review every email.

It would be great to have branding elements setup in workspace, fonts, different colors, logo and icon so these can be used while working on different templates, agreements etc, instead of always trying to find HEX code for your branding.

When I am looking at the overview of my projects, the card view has the important info but the list view doesnt. Would be great to get an overview in list view of progress too. Also would love to be able to put projects on "hold" status so it doesnt show with all projects

Allow forms to update existing client data, similar to merge feature in agreements

I'd like to be able to reuse contacts for multiple projects, and have different types of contacts -- not just prospect and client. For example, I may work with the same graphic designer on multiple projects. The person is not my client but I still want to track them and be able to pull them up in Moxie and see all the projects we worked on together. I'd also like to be in the project and see all the contacts involved in addition to the main client/company. When I have someone like my graphic designer example, I don't want to have to enter them multiple times into Moxie. I'd like to just link them to the project.

It would be great to see projects or tasks that are in progress (either marked as 'in progress' or that are past/within their start date) on the focus page, not just projects or tasks that have a deadline date for that week. With multiple ongoing projects that can span longer time periods, this helps me to know what I should be working on this week, as well as what's due this week.

I tend to add a lot of notes to the notes field before a prospect becomes a client. However, once they are a client, when I look at the notes field, it is blank. It seems that I have to go back to the opportunity and check the notes there. It would be great if we could merge those two notes fields into one rather than having to search through two different Notes fields. Merging the notes from the opportunity into the main notes field for the Client would be best. Hope this makes sense.

I'd like to be able to create a task/to do from within a workflow. Alternatively, could have an option to email/text myself. Use case: Client does not qualify for a service. I'd like to remind myself to contact them and discuss their needs and see if they fit another service.

I would love the split up my to do list in different categories.

Add an MCP to Moxie so I can connect Claude and automate preparing quotes and agreements.
