Feature Requests

It would be great to have branding elements setup in workspace, fonts, different colors, logo and icon so these can be used while working on different templates, agreements etc, instead of always trying to find HEX code for your branding.

I like to bulk add tasks to my clients, especially when I'm just starting the project. I found out that Moxie sends out an individual email for each task they are assigned to. I'd love to be able to turn this feature off, especially because I'll often times wrap all those tasks/information up in a larger email template with other things such as portal access information, contract for signing, multiple tasks in 1 email with further clarification details, etc.

Todo's (and Notes) are a wonderful "brain dump" feature. But then after I have time to plan, I have to recreate each todo as a task, then delete the todo. Lot's of typing. It would be great to just be presented with a drop down choice list of prospect/clients/project/opportinity to which I can attach the todo and it automatically becomes a task in that chosen area. Todo disappears from the todo list and appears thereafter as a task, wherever I specified. No "editing" the todo as part of the process. All editing would be done after it becomes a task wherever it now resides after the conversion. Keeps todo's as todo's and tasks as tasks and the UIX remains true. Same ask for Notes btw. Give me a drop down of places where I can attach the note.

When I am looking at the overview of my projects, the card view has the important info but the list view doesnt. Would be great to get an overview in list view of progress too. Also would love to be able to put projects on "hold" status so it doesnt show with all projects

I've gotten a ton of great information about the parts of Moxie that are more complicated and that I don't work with as often via support chats. But going back to find info from a past conversation is a huge time suck. It would be amazing to be able to search our own support conversations rather than the online Knowledge Base.

Add branching logic to forms by page, so Parts B-D of a form (for example) can differ based on the answer to questions in Part A.

I want to have notifications when a task is marked as 'client responded' as an example. But I do not need a notification everytime a file is uploaded. More control of what shows up in the notification panel etc. would be nice. Instead of just 'task activiities' maybe we could have task status changes, file uploads, task comments, etc.

Would like to add a customize email when a client submits a ticket (ie. ticket #, ticket name, who submitted and our completion policy). Also then customizing the email they receive when a ticket is closed.

User suggested a feature to prevent automated emails from sending on specific days (like Sunday) and instead send them on the next business day, to avoid invoice reminders going out at awkward times.

I want to be able to trigger an automation that will only send during business hours. So if I need to send a form/agreement/email it will send immediately if the opportunity is added to the specified stage during business hours or if initiated after business hours it will wait until say 8am to send. Currently the only option is to set up a delayed time automation. This doesn't help me if I'm physically at a client's home and need to send them an agreement immediately. BUT if I happen to add them to the stage at 11pm (when I usually do my admin work) I want it to wait until a reasonable time to send it to ensure the client sees the email. Thank you :)
