For example, one of my clients has a 10-hour retainer to be used across 4 websites. We want to track time to each individual project, but bill at the client level each month. Some months we only work on 1-2 of the projects so setting a retainer on each project would not be accurate. Setting up a retainer at the client level would be great to cover this scenario.
