Much better for bookkeeping when still having to be tied to Quickbooks or other larger accounting apps.
Instead of just these items being created over in Quickbooks - Moxie-Adhoc, Moxie-Hours , Moxie-Retainer, Moxie-Project, Moxie-Deposit, make it so that a chart of accounts gets created by project name and all billing is aligned accordingly in QBO and other accounting apps. I.e. Web Design will be all projects tagged to that Web Design premade project. (Line items not needed, just projects)
