Email automation for invoices

One feature I love about my current CRM is being able to create email/text automations that are triggered by an action. For instance, when a client pays an invoice it triggers an "Invoice Thank You" email. To be able to set up an automation (not connected to the pipeline) that would send an email or text at a certain day/time (i.e. 2 hours after the automation is triggered, etc.) would be amazing!
