– Add the ability to sync multiple social inbox’s for easy messaging across multiple platforms.
– Ability to associate various contact methods with one person/client. (Social handle, phone, email, etc.)
– Auto text if someone calls your business number and you miss their call. This would help stop the person from continuing to call other businesses and start a text conversation with them.

Having the ability to sync social platform like Jivochat does would be awesome. I constantly receive message on Instagram and telegram and it would be so handy to have them all in one place
