Call Logging/Summary/Follow Up

We came from other CRM's where once you call a client/contact, after that call is over, a box will pop up and it will give you the option to write a call summary or any notes, as well as having the ability to schedule a follow up on your calendar. I feel like this would be an excellent feature to add to communicator.
As for the logging, it would be nice that in a contact or client's conversation history if that call summary/note was displayed with the contact history under the contact or clients profile.

Yes!
The Moxie "Notes" function is just not enough to efficiently track client communications like phonecalls. I do feel that some basic CRM functions like this is really missing in this "one-for-all" toolbox.
