Define Clients as Billable or Unbillable

I'd like to define certain clients as billable or unbillable – so that all tracked times for that client or project automatically has the billable toggle turned off instead of needing to manually do it each time.

Yes! Right now I have my own business as a "client" so I can track all my administrative non-billable time easily, but I would prefer to completely exclude it from billable hours estimates. This would also be handy for the pro bono projects I take on.
