Would like to see the ability to add messages or incoming calls from new phone numbers to the pipline as a new oportunity so that we can send an auto reply using automations

Like tickets, if a lead sends an email to a certain email address, it would register as a lead to the board.
So I can add this to the Cold email software and each reply registers as a lead to the Pipeline as an opportunity.
Like a ticket email that you have in Moxie but for Pipeline to forward all emails sent through this account to my CRM.
