It would be nice to have more options and editing capabilities within forms (i.e., adding a header image like you can on proposals) and adding a calendar widget.

Forms V2 has just launched which includes a ton of customization, multiple pages, and more!

Just a note, that previously built forms are not compatible with the new form builder.  To leverage the new features, you will need to create new forms.  Too many changes to try and maintain compatibility.

Geoff Mina: THIS IS AMAZING!!!! love the fact that I can create multi-step forms. P.S. I had to log out/in for the change to update. I created a multi step form in a minute and changed all the styling so easily :)
