Workspace Branding Set
It would be great to have branding elements setup in workspace, fonts, different colors, logo and icon so these can be used while working on different templates, agreements etc, instead of always trying to find HEX code for your branding.

Convert todo's to tasks
Todo's (and Notes) are a wonderful "brain dump" feature. But then after I have time to plan, I have to recreate each todo as a task, then delete the todo. Lot's of typing. It would be great to just be presented with a drop down choice list of prospect/clients/project/opportinity to which I can attach the todo and it automatically becomes a task in that chosen area. Todo disappears from the todo list and appears thereafter as a task, wherever I specified. No "editing" the todo as part of the process. All editing would be done after it becomes a task wherever it now resides after the conversion. Keeps todo's as todo's and tasks as tasks and the UIX remains true. Same ask for Notes btw. Give me a drop down of places where I can attach the note.

Customizing the Ticket Emails
Would like to add a customize email when a client submits a ticket (ie. ticket #, ticket name, who submitted and our completion policy). Also then customizing the email they receive when a ticket is closed.

Homebase Includes Items by Start Date
So, I just realized that items with a long duration are not showing up in my Homebase list. For instance, I have a task I need to start tomorrow, but it's not due for several weeks. That means this item doesn't show up in Homebase. Is it possible to include items that are due as well as items that are in scheduled within the allocated time frames, and perhaps items in progress that may not have a due date?
