This is in settings -> team members

If I have an existing project collaborator and I want to upgrade them to restricted team member. The fact that we need to click on "invite a user" and add their email again is quite unintuitive. I think there should be an option in the 3 dots next to a team member row that says "upgrade to team member" and then you get the popup with the different setting options.
