More options for user types & access

Yes, we need more in-depth team access permissions. Currently, I have to use another CRM for project management because Moxie provides unrestricted access to my entire client database and emails to everyone on my team, which I prefer to keep private. A project collabotator access level works but I need my admin to be able to assign users to projects without the account main owner which is not possible.

Restrict certain user types from accessing things like Client Notes

This feature will allow administrators to tailor user access by preventing certain roles, such as bookkeepers, from accessing the inbox and calendar functionalities. By restricting access to only the necessary features, organizations can streamline user interfaces, which enhances user productivity.
Furthermore, it eliminates that chance that a restricted user can see sensitive client information...like internal notes.

Inbox and calendar are private to the user who connected the accounts.

Geoff MinaThis part I understand. However, my belief is that as a business owner I should be able to decide whether a user requires access to these modules/features.
If the user does not need access to the features, I do not believe there's a reason for the features to be available. Giving users more than they need creates complexity.

I believe this should also include more granular permissions for access to modules/features in Moxie. For example, my bookkeeper doesn't need to access notes within the Client module. In fact, she doesn't need access to the client module.
She also doesn't need access to the communicator module/inbox.
My thinking is, if a user doesn't require access to something it is better to not give them access to it...because extra menus/options create complexity unnecessarily. It could also lead to sensitive data being shared mistakenly.

I second this, especially for folks who aren't super savvy with computers, the ability to edit info and change level of access for at least the account owner seems like a no-brainer.

And the ability for me edit their email address or anything really without having to delete them and re-add and they lose their time.
Also, I'd like to be able to edit their info entirely, email, gravatar, etc. Also it really needs to have Name Field that I can access, add and edit as the owner. Right now it puts their name as the email name until they change it. Currently my contractor's name is Musicforchills. Small thing but i find it distracting, enough to stop working to come add this note :D
Integrating teams into one general contacts db would be AMAZING as well.
I'd also love to see more granular permissions controls like the OP. For example, I sometimes hire more than one contractor for a project and at times it's best for them to not be able to see one another's tasks, etc.
Also, to be able to add their pay rate/cost rate in that area would be great. Fleshing out the team area would be amazing. I have many ideas :D
Also a way for teams to submit a timesheet for approval. An internal timesheet but one that integrates with the project for cost purposes. i.e. i bill client x hours at $x and i pay my contractor x hours etc. To be able to see my profit on those would be a fantastic thing to add in future.
