(Internal) knowledge base

I know there are custom pages in the customer section, but I really miss a knowledge base. A knowledge base isn't just a text field with a title. Right now we have an external system purely for the knowledge base. It would be lovely to move that to Moxie too. Ideally it would have an internal and an external KB section. Below you should be able to build a tree with multiple levels to categorise the entries and it should be searchable.

Do you mean like an SOP bank? That would be cool if we could have different levels of access (say one level of access for clients, and one for different team members)

I need that too, but not just an internal KB - I'd love to be able to open it up for selected customers.
