As a users I'd like to be able to see all messaging log with a client that has taken place through email, chat, comments etc. in a single place within the Client area. I'd like the Client to also see this within their Client Portal.
As well as a log of all comments, I'd like to be able to add replies directly within the messaging service, either of the user backoffice, or on the client portal.
