Forms: Save Progress
complete

This is complete. Forms will now save progress as you type. You can come back later and everything will be there.
Data is stored locally in the browser across sessions ensuring that the form data remains only in the local users context until they are ready to share it.
Please note: I see some folks are referencing asking for passwords in Moxie forms - this is not a suggested use case for forms and there are better solutions for securely sharing sensitive credentials.

Geoff Mina: Nice work, that's an exciting feature! And agreed about passwords - users don't (shouldn't) want them in browser local storage, and we don't (shouldn't) want them in our WP databases.

Hi Guys! Do you have an ETA for when this one might be live? Thank you!

Great news! Less chance of losing a client, before you've even started.

Would be great if draft capability could be toggled on and off depending on the form.
For example with forms containing passwords, best to not be able to save as draft so once the form is saved so the password is now secure and only accessible via the portal when logged in.
But for most forms at intake they can be quite lengthy and therefore it would be great for customers to have an option to save a draft and come back to it.

Agree with Nicola Hamiton: to have a toggle option to allow save as draft if possible :)

Totally agree with this! If we are trying to make our clients and our own lives easier, this is important to their experience

yes!! totally agree to that. I love this feature in Dubsado where they can save their progress and also have a unique link to the form so they can see their answers

100% this.

I've started using Google Forms for that reason. If this were fixed, I'd go back to Moxie forms.
