Due to sensitive information for the business with finances, we would really like to make sure that nobody can see the $ amt. on the fee per task per role.

This is already how it works.  The only users that will see the fee on a task are:
-  Workspace Owner
- Full Access Users
- Restricted Access Users with either Invoicing / Accounting Permission
