We need a proper team roles function

Right now for example if you assign a team member to request tickets they can still see the entire contact information and can communicate via email.

In agencies, we use sub contractors and want to hide some data(Emails, Project budgets) from these users. Only having them communicate through the assigned project should be good enough

Also another big issue, I want to be able to have a team member role where they only see the project/ticket I assign them to.
