Improved Client Portal Ticket Management

Many of my clients find it difficult to locate specific tickets or requests within the client portal, as there is currently no search functionality or the ability to filter tickets by status or type.
Additionally, some clients have expressed the desire to be able to close a ticket themselves once their request has been fulfilled.
Introducing a search bar and filters (e.g., by status or category), along with a “Close Ticket” action available to clients, would greatly improve usability and help streamline communication.
