Invoice - Add new line item's small edit window pops up distorted in the upper left corner of the page.

*This happens when adding a new line item. It is consistently doing it no matter how many new line items you add.
*It goes back to normal when clicking on an existing line item to edit. When adding a new line again after the edit, the error is gone.
*When you close the invoice, reopen and add a new line item, the error gets back. You would need to click to edit an existing line item to bring it back to normal again.
