I've also found that if I put payment in but forget to change the date back to when the payment is received, I can no longer open up the payment and amend the date. I have to delete the payment and add it back on with the right date on it.

Amy Dudbridge: That is an intentional "feature". There are a number of items that happen based on the date of the payment, especially in multi-currency scenarios. Deleting/Recreating is required to ensure that all of the various calculations and triggers are handled properly.
