Automated emails not displaying correct sender information

The "send email" option in workflow automation does not correctly pull in the email address's account name. It only pulls in the email address so that when sending it comes through to the client VERY unprofessional and appears like spam. Other locations correctly pull in the account/sender name as it is set in communicator.

Hi Nicole - Is this the account/sender name you are referring to?

Austin Morrow yes, that is what I was referring to. It is now working properly when I tested it again just now.

Nicole: Great, glad that it is working now. I ran some tests as well and see that it is pulling in the name. I'm going to close this for now but let us know if you run into that again and we can open it back up.
