Yesterday I lost a big chunk of data while editing the text block in source code mode.
Losing data is an issue, but no undo makes that issue destructive.

So long as you don't click out of the text box in the agreement, you can use Ctrl+Z to undo and Shift+Ctrl+Z to redo any changes - even in code mode.
If you click outside of the text input, you will lose your undo history when the component hides.
