Would like to choose a default email from my templates for sending agreements (like we can for invoices under the Workspace Settings > App Preferences section)

This would be handy feature to keep the emails in the brand voice at least to have the email signature token pulled in, rather than having to redo the default email everytime

This would be great to have. Slightly annoying to have to select the template every single time! ;)

Yes same here! There isn't an option for a default email in the client profile. There is a default phone number though.

Could a default email field be created so that this token could be created?
