Decline button or response section

I like the Accept button that was added, but would love to have an optional decline button as well. I usually request a proposal response and having a quick button or feedback section would make it a lot easier for clients.

a button perhaps that the client can mark as rejected with a reason box. Then an automated email that goes to the account to advise. A client has requested this so I thought I would pop it in.

Another vote for me. This would be a great function, which can put that proposal to bed (moved to lost status) when declined.
