Clients claim to have signed / accepted, but nothing is triggered

Easiest solution - remove the ‘finish’ button from an agreement. There is no need for it to be there if a client is signing and accepting the proposal.
Have had a couple of instances where clients have signed and approved at the bottom, but that process didn’t save as they didn’t click ‘finish’ at the top of screen, leading the client to think they signed and booked something in when it never came thru at our end.
Is there a way I can make it a one step process, locking in the deal when they click sign and accept?

I was looking to create a one-button agreement but realized I can't. Is the "Finish" button absolutely necessary? If so, I agree with the prior suggestion that it should move to the bottom of the agreement screen once the page has scrolled down.
The UX here is 🙈

In some jurisdictions, the FINISH step may be a regulatory requirement. It is the equivalent of "handing in" or "sending" the signed document.

Petar Mihaylov Sounds like a feature to enable, not necessarily something to have by default

Enoma I would agree it might be a nice feature to allow the user to toggle.
From a liability perspective, I would argue that it should be enabled by default but have the option to turn it off.

Or at least please move the FINISH button down to the signature block so it's easy to see.

Agree! The signature should seal the deal. Clicking 'finish' is an extra step for clients :)
