I have a hard time precisely moving individual modules up and down in the V2 agreement editor with drag and drop controls. It doesn't appear to let me drag something all the way to the bottom (which I guess is a bug).

I propose you add simple "Move Up" and "Move Down" buttons to each agreement module (text, signatures, services etc...) that would move the module up one position in the overall order of modules in the agreement.
