Link Form Submission to Project (as Note?)

Form submissions are all stacked up in my clients but I can't associate them with projects and then archive them with the project when it's completed.

Yes I'd love to be able to associate form submissions with a project.

And related, sometimes the project forms take time to fill out (like onboarding). Forms need the ability to save your progress and come back to them. Until they can do that I have to keep using Google forms

Yes please! Forms absolutely need to be available at the Project level. In fact, so should Tickets. As the client collaboration process currently exists, there's no way for a client to NOT Approve a design from their portal, they can only Accept (seems like a major oversight in the Client Portal). There's no easy way for the common back and forth of proof approval/revisions with a client on a project.
Having project specific forms means we can have a design approval form (which allows for opting to NOT Approve with changes) embedded in each project, rather than just at the client level. I work on multiple projects per client and need an easier way to track revisions on each project.
However, that still doesn't fix the REAL issue, which is the Client Portal should have a way to NOT Approve something. And instead of moving forward a column on the kanban like Approve does, the card would move back one with a rejection.

Make forms available by project or task
K
Kim.
Would be very helpful to send specific questionnaires or detailed feedback requests from Moxie, instead of switching to ClickUp, Google Forms, or another tool.
These could be organized by client/project/task instead of being lumped into general form list.
Would also be nice to keep some forms client-specific instead of templated for all clients.
ETA: Dubsado allows forms to be linked to specific clients and projects.

I'd love this ability for organization purposes! I do white label design for other agencies and will often have repeated forms because each of their projects requires an onboarding, content collection, etc. type of form. It would be great for these to be attached to the project itself rather than the client. Thank you!!

Just ran into this today!
